Returns and Refunds

We offer a refund or exchange if you return your item to us within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only a partial refund will be given.
To start the return procedure it is necessary to send an email to indicating:
  • order number
  • jewelry you intend to return
  • reason for the refund
Once we have received the necessary information, we will indicate the day on which the courier will come to collect the jewels to be returned.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is processed and a credit is applied.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Otherwise contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Otherwise contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us .
